DetailsAP US Government is a College Board-approved, college-level course that helps students develop an analytical perspective on politics and government in the United States. This course includes the study of general concepts used to interpret U.S. government with analysis of specific examples. The course helps students develop familiarity with the various beliefs, institutions, groups, and ideas that make up U.S. government and politics. The course invites students to predict how technology and improved communications will affect democratic participation in the future.
